Red Slaw

Ingredients:

6 cups fresh red cabbage, thinly shredded
1 cup fresh red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup dried tart-red cherries
Dressing: ½ cup Annie’s gluten-free Raspberry Vinaigrette (or alternative)
1 Tbsp natural raspberry preserves

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Put in serving dish, if desired. Cover and chill 2 hours. Re toss before serving.
