Spinach, Romaine, and Strawberry salad


1 head romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite sized pieces
6 oz. fresh spinach, torn into bite sized pieces
2 cups fresh organic strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/4 cup loosely packed, coarsely chopped flat leaf parsely
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, or to taste (or substitute with a different vinegar, like rice- even though balsamic is usually gluten free, not everybody can tolerate it.)
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients, toss gently. Eat it!
