Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Ozma MIX – an easy baking mix you can make yourself. Get the recipe here.
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
3 tsp. olive oil

Combine MIX with other ingredients to make a soft dough. Knead in bowl 12 times. Roll or pat out thin on a greased (with olive oil) cookie sheet into an 11 or 12 inch circle or into a rectangle. Turn up edges of dough. Bake in a 425o F oven for 8-10 minutes or until partially baked and starting to brown.

Topping ideas:
Pizza is a good way to sneak in vegetables. You can shred just about anything into gfcf sauce and kids won’t notice. Even zuchini. I use plain tomato sauce and add the few seasonings my children can tolerate. We top with veggies and meat, and add the secret ingredient to the top, a beaten egg. You you just pour it on top of everything. Bake the pizza at 350 until the egg is set. It sounds weird, but it keeps the toppings on and looks a lot like cheese. My family likes it- even my husband.
