Chicken Broccoli Pie
1 1/2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
4 Tbsp Ghee/margarine
2/3 c Finely chopped onion
1 pk (10 oz) frozen chopped Broccoli, thawed and Drained
1 1/3 c Rice Milk/milk substitute/water
3/4 c Ozma Mix
1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Dried thyme leaves
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the ghee, chicken, onions and broccoli
in a greased (with palm shortening) pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch.
Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or
hand beater until well mixed. Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, (25 to 30
Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
