Cannelinni Salad
Ingredients:
1 can cannellini beans
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain and rinse the beans. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
