Non-gluten pancakes and Waffles
Description:
This recipe has no gluten, casein, wheat, oats, rye, barley, corn, soy, or nuts.
Ingredients:
2 c. sorghum flour
1 c. tapioca flour
5 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
4 T. sweetner of choice
2 eggs ( or flax “eggs”)
6 T. oil
1 t. vanilla (watch for allergens)
2 cups milk replacer (or water)
2 ripe bananas mashed, if phenols are an issue, use 1 jar Gerber pears)
Instructions:
Throw it all in a bowl, use regular waffle iron to cook, Very yummy!
